Dr. Sebi's Nutritional Guide
This is the last guide Dr. Sebi put out before his transition. It contains the foods he used to cure disease after testing and determining they were the least detrimental.
If it is not on this list it is simply, not approved by Dr. Sebi.
To reach 100% total body transformation in addition to eating foods from Dr. Sebi's nutritional guide you'll have to commit to the following things listed below, even if just until you've reached your desired health/fitness/body/strength goal.
Though I might add, some things listed here should be banned permanently like seedless fruit, microwaves and soy for reasons I will discuss in future blogs.
Drink 1 gallon of Spring water daily.
Do NOT consume seedless or canned fruits.
Do NOT use microwave.
NO Animal Products (meat, fish, dairy, cheese, honey).
No GMO’s, Soy, hybrid plants, white/brown sugar or alcohol.
Buy organic, when possible.
Cook with cast iron, 100% stainless steel & 100% copper
Amaranth greens (callaloo, baggie)
Chayote (Mexican squash)
Green burro banana
Izote (cactus flower/leaf)
Lettuce (all except iceberg)
Mushroom (all except shiitake)
Napoles (Mexican cactus)
Poke salad (greens)
Sea vegetables (wakame, dukes, arame, hijiki, nori)
Tomato (cherry & plum only)
Nuts and seeds(includes nut & seed butters)
Raw sesame seeds
Raw sesame seeds tahini butter
Bananas (smallest one or the burro /midsize, the original banana)
Berries (all except cranberry)
Chirimoya (sugar apples)
Orange (servile & sour preferred, seeded)
Soft jelly coconut
Natural herbal teas
Oils(Non hydrogenated, unrefined only)
Coconut oil (do not cook)
Olive oil (do not cook)
Pure sea salt
Powdered/ granulated sea vegetables (wakame, dukes, arame, hijiki, nori)
Pungent & spicy flavors
Cayenne (African bird pepper)
