Alkaline, What I eat in a day?

Updated: Apr 4, 2019

Dr. Sebi's Nutritional Guide can seem very limiting at first glance but I can assure you us Sebians aren't just out here eating twigs all day! Below I am sharing my daughters favorite meals to help you see how easy and familiar it can be to alkalize your meals, Enjoy!

My day usually start and end with Alkaline Herbal Tea, below you can enjoy a great Black Tea Alternative.

Ideally, I will consume my daily gallon of Spring Water before having any solids, in order to eliminate waste from dinner the night before.

This elimination process helps my greedy self to be able to eat more throughout the day!

Alkaline Fruit Juices, Smoothies, Infused Waters are also great to enjoy at anytime!

When I want to feel nice... I'll enjoy Alkaline Roots- a healthy alternative to beer that uses 100% Dr. Sebi approved ingredients to cleanse you out but is still able to give you a nice buzz without any added alcohol! (Yes, I am saying you can get tipsy and still be Alkaline/Sebian!)

I especially like to make cocktails with it since takes away the beer taste & makes me feel more like my pre-sebi days! Check out my FREE Alkaline Roots Cocktail Recipes below!

Since fruits natural sugars boost energy and they're great cleansers I always break-fast with Juicy Alkaline Fruit like grapes, mango or apples!

I usually enjoy a mono-mealing for break-fast but a fruit salad or smoothie bowl are great options to make breaking fast more fun!

Dinner & Lunch.

Dinner and Lunch are interchangeable meals for me...

You just want to always include leafy greens and alkaline veggies within these meals.

A great way to portion your plates to ensure yo'ure getting your proper nutrients and aiding your body in the digestion process is would be to include the four food groups below...

  • Alkaline Grains (Spelt, Kamut, Quinoa, Etc)

  • Alkaline Leafy green (Callaloo, Kale, All lettuce except Iceberg etc)

  • Alkaline Veggies (Squash, Zucchini, Cucumber etc)

  • and of course...

  • Alkaline Protein (chickpeas are my fav, so versatile! You can make anything from eggs, chicken & waffles with that one bean)

Before dinner (or eating something heavy) I do like to prep my body before I eat with a light soup.

I am a huge snacker! So, I'm also sharing a snack recipe that can easily be transformed into a delicious dessert treat for those who may need it, we all need it! lol

The recipes I am sharing below are great for weekly meal prepping, where you don't have to eat the same thing daily.
